Service Description
HomeQuest is operated by DJ House ("we", "us", "our"). HomeQuest is a subscription-based web application that helps families organize household chores and tasks through a role-playing game experience: posting and accepting quests, virtual coins, AI-generated titles and chronicles, activity reports, and member management.
Subscriptions & Billing
The Pro plan is offered as a monthly subscription of US$2 or an annual subscription of US$15, billed in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the guild plan page inside the app. After cancellation, you keep access to Pro features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; the account then automatically reverts to the Free plan. No further charges are made after cancellation.
Acceptable Use
Users posting quests, accepting them, uploading content, or sending messages must ensure their content is lawful, truthful, and does not infringe on the rights of others. We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeQuest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
