Data We Collect
We store login identifiers (your email), your public profile (username, warrior title, avatar), guild and quest data, acceptance records, in-app messages, notifications, and quest photos you upload.
How We Use Data
Data is used to provide quest matching and fulfillment, send notifications, and maintain security and auditing. Public pages may display your username, title, ratings, and completion counts. Private quest messages and photos are only accessible to quest participants and necessary system operations.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not collect or store your full card details — Paddle handles payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive only the subscription status and limited billing information needed to manage your subscription.
Third-Party Services
We rely on Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Paddle (payment processing). Each processes data only as needed to operate the service.
Data Retention & Your Rights
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data at any time by contacting djhousetw@gmail.com.
