Refunds
HomeQuest is operated by DJ House and sold through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in line with the Paddle Buyer Terms. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at djhousetw@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the date of the transaction, or request it directly through Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
